BEET YOUR BEST had humble beginnings in our home kitchen, where Brian, a Cambridge Culinary Institute trained Chef and a Health Coach, created a healthier alternative to the nutritional bars and granola on the market. Brian shared our bars and granola with family and friends who loved them and encouraged us to consider selling them. We started making our products at Salem GNU's incubator kitchen and Brian's brother, Mike, who is also a Chef with a lifelong career in the food and healthcare industries, joined the team. Together the "beet brothers" have made and sold our bars and granola at the Beverly and Cape Ann Farmers Markets during the 2021 season as well as at local art, farm and food festivals.
